Crawley Town FC has become the first professional club in the UK to partner with MyFavorito. MyFavorito is a revolutionary app that has grown significantly in Europe and Australia which allows fans to collect loyalty points and win memorable prizes and experiences.
Fans will get Crawley Town Loyalty Points when they buy tickets or merchandise and every time Crawley score a goal or win a game! Registered partners, for example, Domino’s Pizza and Everyone Active (K2), will upload articles, polls, videos, and personalised discounts just for Crawley fans. When fans spend with registered partners or engage with the articles, polls, and videos, they will receive Crawley Town Loyalty Points and partners will donate a % of revenue to the club. The aim is to create a flowing relationship between the club, the fans, and the partners so everyone wins.
Fans can also earn Crawley Town Loyalty Points by joining the community, inviting friends, and spinning the Crawley Town Instant Prize Draw. The Crawley Town Instant Prize Draw will always contain one top prize which will change every time it is won by a fan. The first top prize is a Signed Crawley Town FC Ball.
Fans will be able to spend their hard-earned Crawley Town Loyalty Points on a range of prizes and experiences. For example, fans can use points to redeem anything from 125th-anniversary pin badges and scarfs to video messages from first team players, match and hospitality tickets and signed shirts. There is also a community space for fans to interact with each other and the club. This can be a future space to release unseen content and for fans to have their say on key upcoming events at the club through the poll function. - Sign up via the MyFavorito website or download the free MyFavorito App by scanning the QR code below or you can search for MyFavorito in the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Follow the prompts and create your user profile.
- Once the download and set-up process is complete, you can search for the Crawley Town FC community. In the MyFavorito app, you will see 5 icons at the bottom of the screen – Home, Favourites, Notifications, Search, and You – select Search.
- Enter ‘Crawley Town FC’ in the search bar.
- The results will show Crawley Town FC and Crawley Town FC Club Shop. For now, you can ignore the club shop and select Crawley Town FC – this is our community page where you can interact with our club and other fans and receive loyalty points.
- Click ‘Join now’ and you have successfully joined our community!
