Crawley Town Football Club can confirm that defender Jordan Tunnicliffe will leave the club upon the expiration of his contract on the 30th of June.
The club entered contract negotiations with Jordan after the 2021/22 season, but it was decided that the defender would be allowed to leave the Reds on the 30th of June.
The defender joined the club at the start of the 2019/20 season and went on to make over 100 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring seven goals in the process.
Tunnicliffe played a large part in two of the club’s historic cup runs. One in his first season as the club progressed to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup and the second one coming in the 2020/21 season as the Reds progressed to round four of the Emirates FA Cup.
Jordan famously scored the third goal in Crawley’s historic 3-0 victory over Premier League Leeds United in the FA Cup third round to seal his place in the Crawley Town history books.
In that same season, Tunnicliffe was named in the Sky Bet League Two Team of the Season to cap off his second season with the club.
Everyone at the club wishes to thank Jordan for all of his efforts during his time at the club and wishes him all the best for the future.
