Skipper on thrilling win...

Crawley Town's captain Jimmy Smith paid tribute to the hard work of his teammates after their 3-2 win at the Globe Arena on Saturday.

It was the midfielder who got the side's third goal in a thrilling win in Lancashire - with all five goals of the contest coming in the final 22 minutes of the game.

"After last Saturday's result we were looking for the same again - everyone worked hard for the badge and you saw that today," he told Reds Player HD.

"The two we conceded are disappointing but that's the mentality of the squad.

"We want to play on the front foot and get into the right areas - I was in the right place at the right time.

"It was fantastic to celebrate with the fans - we knew it was a long trip and so it was great."
