Two of our opponents in this season's EFL Trophy have been confirmed.
In Southern Section Group B we will face two League One clubs - Oxford United and Portsmouth - together with one invited Academy team, which will be confirmed on Friday.
The eight invited Academy teams are:
Arsenal
Brighton & Hove Albion
Chelsea
Fulham
Norwich City
Southampton
Tottenham Hotspur
West Ham United
Match dates are w/c September 2, October 7 and November 11 and Reds will play two of their games at The People's Pension Stadium, including the game against the Academy team.
